DEIS Evaluation Report for St Paul’s 20/11/2023
DEIS, launched in May 2005 by the Department of Education and Skills, is a policy instrument addressing educational needs. The 2017 DEIS Plan outlines the vision for education as a pathway to better opportunities, aiming to narrow gaps and enhance outcomes. The current School Improvement Plan (DEIS Plan ) focuses on themes like attendance, retention, transitions, attainment, literacy, numeracy, and partnerships with parents and others. Monitoring and evaluation are integral to assess progress and effectiveness over the three-year period.
